Larry Cousineau accepted a strawberry shortcake dessert from Gladys Payne yesterday during the annual “Strawberry Social” hosted by the La Verendrye General Hospital Auxiliary. The event also featured a plant sale, book sale, penny table, and the “Pick-A-Strawberry” game.
