Leap day is a time of oddities – moreso for those with a view of Nowhere Island in Rainy Lake. There was an air of intrigue early this morning as a mysterious smoke and green beam of light took over Nowhere Island, where HAVOC officially made its Canadian arrival. A 15-foot monolith appeared on the island with no explanation, before opening up overnight to unveil HAVOC: an all new snack brand “that celebrates creative chaos.” Pepsi Co chose Nowhere Island to make the new chip’s Canadian debut.
According to the company, just like today’s glitch in the calendar, the mysterious monolith will disappear by the end of today.
