The Fort Frances spray park project is a finalist in the Tbaytel For Good grant program. If it wins, the Make a Big Splash Fort Frances Committee will be awarded $10,000 towards the cost of the project, which has Town approval to be constructed in Legion Park. However, it requires votes from the public to win. The park has been competing with other highly motivated groups, so the committee is pleading for everyone to vote, and vote often. There are NO limits to voting – logging a few hundred votes in an afternoon is an easy way to pass the time and do something amazing for the community! Once you’ve voted, there’s a prompt to go back and vote again. (And again and again.) Every vote counts, and voting is open until October 18.
