Penny Knapp, left, Lori Durbin, and Tina Rawn were among the 130 or so participants in the local Canadian Mental Health Association’s “Steps Against Stigma” glow run held yesterday evening starting at the Sorting Gap Marina. Despite the cold, windy weather, organizers deemed it a success. The fifth-annual 1K and 5K event was held in conjunction with “Mental Illness Awareness Week.”
