Deb Emes cut the delicious cake, made by Shelley Wepruk of Sweety Cakes, that was served up Thursday afternoon after the speeches and ceremonial ribbon-cutting. Her father, the late George Emes, was instrumental in getting the BIA to support the development of the Rainy Lake Square.
