Two-time Olympic gold-medalist Cheryl Pounder, a member of the Canadian women’s hockey team, addressed students at St. Michael’s and St. Francis schools here Friday afternoon. Pounder, in town for the Women’s Health Symposium the following day, dropped by the schools to let the students get a firsthand look at her medals and offer words for them to live by: “Always believe in yourself, never give up, and dream big.”
