A solemn crowd greeted the local Legion’s colour guard as they arrived at the Fort Frances cenotaph for the annual Remembrance Day ceremony last Wednesday morning. The service, which included various prayers, the laying of wreathes, and a recitation of “In Flanders Field,” was followed by a lunch at the Legion.
