Muskie rookie Brandon McGinnis broke through a duo of Rainy River Owls defenders during a exhibition game here last Wednesday that ended in a 1-1 draw. The black-and-gold kick off competitive action this Friday at the annual St. John’s-Ravenscourt tournament in Winnipeg before opening the NorWOSSA regular season here May 5.
