Deputy mayor Sharon Tibbs was on hand Tuesday afternoon to help Dayna DeBenedet, left, and Jamie Petrin cut the cake to mark the grand opening of the Service Canada Centre for Youth here. The centre, located at 301 Scott St. (the post office), offers anyone aged 15-30 help finding a job either through its job bank or the Odd Job Squad.
