Karen “Hemi Pow Her” Mitchell and Terra “Shear Evil” Hyatt skated past a Winnipeg player during Saturday night’s “Bordertown Shutdown” roller derby bout at the ’52 Canadians Arena. The Winnipeg team, dubbed the “Paper Milfs,” knocked off the local “Kraft Milfs” 178-82 before 333 fans in the inaugural roller derby event here.
