Vince Gouin wrote a message in the sign-in book during Confederation College’s 50th anniversary launch party that took place yesterday at its Rainy River District campus here. Gouin, a shop teacher at Fort Frances High School, also teaches a woodworking course at the college during the summer months. Yesterday’s two-hour, come-and-go event marked the beginning of a year of celebrations, with the sign-in book being available for all to record their visits.
