Nick Gurski, Marcia Broughton, Chase Whalen, Utah Broughton, Michaela Putzer, and Angie Redford worked to fill up a garbage bag Friday during J.W. Walker School’s “Great Canadian Shoreline Clean-up.” The annual event saw students and adults picking up garbage along the La Verendrye Parkway and riverfront—all while tallying the different sorts of refuse which was found.
