These are the two concepts designed and revealed by HTFC Planning and Design during their two public webinars earlier this week. According to HTFC, both present a balance of the public’s expressed desires for the space, including housing, recreational, which could include a splash park, and commercial opportunities like a hotel/conference centre and a brew pub. The marina space could have additional slips and equipment rental opportunities. The Town is planning to release the full presentation on its website, at www.fortfrances.ca.
