David Black, of the “St. Francis Scruffians” team, along with Colin Drombolis of the opposing “Board Office Bearditos” crew, shaved off their moustaches in front of students at St. Francis this morning in celebration of the end of “Movember”—a moustache-growing campaign to raise funds and awareness for men’s health, such as prostate cancer. Teacher Jeremiah McCart was voted as having the best moustache, forcing Drombolis (of the opposite team) to also have his head shaved as per the pre-arranged wager. Both teams combined to raise $585 for the cause.
