Achour Cheblaoui of La Flambée served up some Greek chicken—chicken breasts filled with feta cheese and spinach over a bed of sun-dried tomatoes and black olive soulis—as part of the entrée Sunday evening during the Alzheimer Society’s Chefs’ Chartiable Dinner and Auction at the Adventure Inn.
