Thai Tran of Thunder Bay prepared to serve yesterday morning at the Fort High gym as he competed in the mixed doubles ‘A/B’ division in the Fort Frances Badminton Club’s annual invitational tournament. Tran, who won the men’s ‘A’ singles titled over Fort Frances’ Taylor Whitehead, finished in third place in the mixed doubles with Fort Frances partner Cathy Piotrowski.
