Separating colour

chromotography project

Duane Hicks

Shyan Scott made some colourful artwork, using a marker and alcohol on fabric to create a “tie-dye” effect, on Monday afternoon during Community Living Fort Frances and District’s “Open Air Art Studio” at McIrvine Park. The theme was chromatography–using science to separate colour mixtures. Next Monday’s free activity will be stick weaving at Front Street Park from 3-7 p.m.
