Gordon McTaggart got his hands a little dirty as he assisted Rainycrest Activation staff member Elizabeth Logue with some gardening at Rainycrest Long Term Care on Saturday. The community at Rainycrest worked together with the local Alzheimer Society to plant “Seeds of Hope” in the garden there. The “Forget-Me-Nots” they planted will bloom there perennially, not only beautifying the flower bed with blue flowers but also to serve as a visual reminder of the many individuals with Alzheimer’s disease.
