Double-bassist Margaret Sedgwick played along with the Borderland Community Orchestra during their Mother’s Day concert Sunday at the Townshend Theatre. The concert was also held to celebrate the orchestra’s 20th year in the district. Katherine Williams began the orchestra in 1999, and the group has grown from 14 musicians to counting dozens of past and present members within its ranks.
