Season for caring

hamper-pickup

Duane Hicks

Tim Bruyere, left, Vanessa Big George, and their daughter, Rudi-Lyn Bruyere, picked up their Christmas hamper from Capt. Angel Sandoval this morning at the Salvation Army Citadel here. The Salvation Army is expecting to put together and distribute about 200 hampers to district families this Christmas. The hampers are made possible through the generous support of district residents through Christmas kettles, the “Adopt-a-Family” and “Sponsor-a-Family” programs, and the recent “Stuff a Cruiser” campaign.
