Ryan Scott stood for a photo with the new plaque that has been affixed to the can recycling container at Sixth Street School in honour of his late son, Arlan. The Fort Frances Voyageur Lions Club made the dedication early Saturday afternoon, with club president Travis Michl saying they couldn’t think of a better or more appropriate way to honour Scott–an avid collector of cans for recycling.
