Three-year-old Robert Handberg put a sticker in his “passport” while stopping by the day care room during a tour of Robert Moore School yesterday. The youngster was registering for the early-learning program for the 2014-15 school year. While registration began this week at schools across the district, parents are able to register their children at any time.
