Joe Medicine, left, chair of the Indian Residential Schools Working Group, along with Dorothy Medicine, took a moment to admire the residential schools monument moments after it was unveiled Saturday morning at Rainy River First Nations. The monument includes an inspirational message on the front, which first came to Joe in a dream back in 2012.
