The Kiwanis Club of Fort Frances hosted one of the biggest and brightest Santa Claus Parades in recent memory, as 40 organizations, businesses and sports teams made their way down Scott Street, to the delight of residents. The Saturday evening parade was deemed a success by both spectators and organizations. Many groups were able to collect toys and food for local families in need, and Best for Kitty collected pet items and funds. The Times has learned from its North Pole sources that Santa was very impressed with the event, and is looking forward to coming back to town on Christmas Eve! Great job, everyone!
