As one of the first who started on the “What Hooks You Here?” rug-hooking project, Kim Roy checked out the completed masterpiece which was unveiled last night during the “Friends of the Fort Frances Museum” wine-and-cheese fundraising event there. Also unveiled was a Norval Morrisseau painting that had been donated to the museum. About 50 people turned out to take part in the gala, which also featured a silent auction, vintage games, music by the Rainy Lake Community Orchestra, and refreshments.
