Newly-crowned Emo Fair queen Kaylee Heyens, along with 2011 Mini-King Zack Simmons and Mini-Queen Kallahan LeBlanc, waved to the crowd atop Heyen’s float on Saturday as the annual parade passed in front of the grandstands during the 111th Rainy River Valley Agricultural Society fall fair.
