Diane and George Glowasky manned the rocking chairs at the Fort Frances Curling Club on Friday evening during the annual “Rockin’ For a Reason” fundraiser that was held in conjunction with the third-annual Spring Market. Though fundraiser organizer Dixie Badiuk said she’s still expecting pledge money to come in this week, she is expecting the event to raise close to $10,000 dollars to support local health care.
