Stuart and Diane Neniska of Kenora put the hammer down to get to their preferred fishing spot as soon as possible as Day 1 of the Fort Frances Canadian Bass Championship got underway early this morning from the Sorting Gap Marina. An even 100 boats headed out onto Rainy Lake to begin the three-day competition. Weigh-ins will start at 3:30 p.m. today and tomorrow, with the final weigh-in Saturday beginning at 3 p.m.
