Dr. Kiti Freier Randall spoke to a large group at La Place Rendez-Vous this morning about “Risk and Resiliency: Changing Trajectories of High Risk Children and Families through Prevention, Intervention and Systems Change.” Presented by the Rainy River District Substance Abuse Prevention Team, Rainy River District Best Start Network, and Seven Generations Education Institute, this is her third visit here. The workshop continues tomorrow but a free session also will be held there tonight from 7-8:30 p.m. for parents, caregivers, and community members.
