Randy Steffan, left, and James Dick of Cimco Refigeration from Winnipeg were hard at work this morning as they continued the installation of a new ice plant “chiller” unit at the Ice For Kids Arena. The installation process is expected to be completed Saturday night, with the ice-making process currently scheduled to begin Monday.
