Julia McManaman, Alacea Yerxa, Kaidence Perrault, and Emma Yerxa checked out some of the crocheted dolls that were for sale during yesterday’s Remembrance Day tea held at the local Legion. The annual event organized by the Br. #29 Legion Ladies Auxiliary once again was bustling as people dropped by for tea and dainties, baked goods, crafts, prizes, and a last chance to purchase tickets for the 50/50 draw. Remembrance Day ceremonies will be held this Thursday (Nov. 11) starting at 11 a.m. at the local cenotaph.
