Larry Gustafson watched a rock hurtle down the ice during action at the Fort Frances Curling Club last night. Although the first rocks of the new season were cast Tuesday, there still are some openings in the Thursday night men’s league and the Thursday afternoon ladies’ league. On the flip side, some other leagues are at, or even above, capacity. Those looking to enter a rink can contact Rick Grenda at the club (274-6667).
