Capt. Angel Sandoval, left, and Mayor Roy Avis showed off the flag to signify May as “Salvation Army Red Shield Month” in the Town of Fort Frances on Tuesday at the Civic Centre. Local residents will be receiving “Red Shield” appeal letters in the mail and are encouraged to give to the campaign (tax receipts will be issued). All money will go towards work here in Fort Frances and Rainy River District.
