Shana Hansson, left, Dryden and District branch manager for the Canadian Red Cross, Fort Frances Mayor Roy Avis, and local first-aid instructor John Beaton prepared to raise the flag at the Fort Frances Civic Centre yesterday to mark March as “Red Cross Month.” The Red Cross is looking for volunteers, with those interested asked to call Hansson at 1-888-277-9089.
