Paddlers from the “Good Samaritan” team stopped to smile before setting out for their final race against the UNFC’s “Friendly Oars” during the fourth-annual Boundary Waters Dragon Boat Festival here Saturday. Seven teams took part, with the MNR’s “Smokey Bears” capturing first place for the second-straight year.
