Madonna Ring, centre, officially opened the Service Canada Centre for Youth here on Friday afternoon with the help of local MP Ken Boshcoff, left, and Bill Liggins, representating local MPP Howard Hampton. Ring is the Summer Employment Officer for Fort Frances who will work all summer to link employers and students through her office.
