Deputy Chief Chad Buist conducts a rapid test on Ed Carlson. Local paramedics are participating in a trial of the accuracy of the Panbio test kit. The test can deliver COVID results in as little as 15 minutes, but in undergoing the field test to see real life accuracy rates.
