In order to bridge the communication gap between residents at Rainycrest and their families due to the strict no-visitation policy in response to COVID-19, staff at the long-term care home have begun organizing window visits. Families can call to arrange a time to come to the exterior of the home to see and speak with their loved ones while still observing safe physical distancing requirements. The home has two window visitation areas set up with two separate phonelines. To arrange a window visit, please call 274-3261 ext. 2542.
