Liam Maitland of the Fort Frances Green’s Brand Source Hawks was in full stride bringing the puck up ice during the second period of yesterday’s gold-medal game against the Fort Frances Lions at the Emo-Devlin-Barwick Minor Hockey Association’s PeeWee ‘A’ tournament at the Emo-La Vallee Arena. Chris Williams deflected home the game-winner with 58.2 seconds left in overtime to give the Lions a 4-3 win and the title of the nine-team event.
