Skates & Blades owner Chris McKinnon waited Friday for customers to add their name to the contest involved with the store’s “quitting business” sale at the former Home Sweet Home location on Scott Street. The local business is set to close its doors for good after every piece of merchandise is bought off the shelves. In appreciation of customers’ support over the years, McKinnon is offering the chance for patrons to win a flat-screen TV, a firearm, or a diamond ring.
