The sister and brother pair of Tashie and Natu Broadbent posed for a photo with fellow guest speaker Bobby Hudon during the Pride awareness breakfast held last Wednesday at Fort Frances Tribal Area Health Services. The siblings are youth ambassadors for We Matter and the Ontario Support Network (OSN). The two decided to take a stand because they were noticing youth were struggling it the community. The siblings spoke about their involvement with OSN and its recent initiative to connect indigenous youths across Canada with the message to always have hope. Those who attended had the opportunity to support the We Matter foundation and make their own pledge of hope.
