Dahlia Kaun, left, Hayden Allam, Olivia Allan, Avery Sinclair, Lynden Peters, Marie Mai Langevin, Izzy Meeks, and Cadence Smith-Anderson showed off some of the postcards they received from penpals during a meeting of the “Tween Club” yesterday afternoon at the Fort Frances Public Library Technology Centre. The girls have been using the website “Postcrossing” to find penpals from around the world and then fill out postcards send. So far, they’ve sent 36 postcards and, in turn, received 32 back from the U.S., Germany, Russia, Czech Republic, Belarus, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Ukraine, England, Ireland, Finland, and New Zealand.
