Mysterious, but uplifting, Post-it notes featuring encouraging messages have recently popped up on lamposts and other surfaces all across Fort Frances. The post-its have been spotted downtown, in the Walmart parking lot and almost everywhere in-between. Different messages seem to have different handwriting, suggesting a well organized, but secretive, collective of people dedicated to putting smiles on the faces of everyone in town. –submitted photo
