Norris Piccinato, left, turned in some 80 pounds of copper on behalf of the local Legion to Margaret Schonewille, executive director of the Alzheimer Society of Kenora-Rainy River Districts, during its annual “Penny for Your Thoughts” weigh-in Saturday morning at Canadian Tire here. The Legion earned the prize for the group to bring in the most pennies.
