The first Culturama event held in almost 20 years was a hit in Fort Frances last weekend. Those who took part at the Rainy Lake Square were treated to dance, music and vendors from several cultures. Highlights included Saturday morning’s performance by Inuit throat singer Nikki Komaksiutiksak and Saturday afternoon’s show by Chaban Ukrainian Dancers. The community mural, left, was also popular.
