While promoting breast cancer awareness, Kathie Nugent, Dave Evans, and Helena Guertin at the pharmacy in La Verendrye Hospital got into the “Pink Out Day” spirit last Friday with plenty of pink decorations for both them and their area of the hospital—including pink cupcakes in various bra sizes. People across the district “went pink” for the day to show their support in the fight against breast cancer, with many also raising money for a new digital mammography unit for the hospital.
