Marie Saunders, Michelle Grynol, Dr. Jason Shack, and Nina Sokoliuk all were decked out in pink today—along with the entire emergency room and many other departments at La Verendrye Hospital—to celebrate “Pink Out Day” across the district. Organized by the Rainy River District Breast Health Network, residents and businesses were encouraged to wear pink and decorate in support of the battle against breast cancer as well as raise funds towards a new digital mammography unit for the hospital.
