Artist Wayne Barron, left, and historian Merv Arhens admired a new banner they both worked on which depicts Hudson Bay Company’s York boats in various stages of the trip from Fort Frances to York Factory. The banner is on loan to the Fort Frances Museum, tying into the exhibit, “Our Local Métis Story,” which is on display at the museum through June 20.
