With a deal unable to be reached by mediation between the Rainy River District School Board and the Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation (District 5B) last month, the local teachers’ union ramped up its action yesterday afternoon by picketing outside the board office on Second Street East here prior to the board’s regular monthly meeting.
