Lorne Gill showed his patriotism Monday before jumping into the icy waters of Rainy Lake at the Voyageur Lions Club’s annual “Polar Plunge” behind La Place Rendez-Vous. Gill won a prize for best costume and was the event’s top fundraiser ever, with $3,522.
